Whats the effects of drinking coffee to your health & skin?

And do you drink coffee?

Used to drink it everyday, most people aren't aware coffee is VERY Acidic and can wear out your stomach linning I now permanently have stomach ulcers and acid reflux disease.

Thank you coffee! :)

It stains your teeth if you don't take care of your teeth...but if you brush twice a day for two minutes each, and thoroughly, you're fine.

And coffee (certain blends) have anti-oxidants in them so one cup a day is perfectly fine. Also, some anti-aging creams have caffeine in them to "waken" the skin. I assume consuming caffeine should do the same.

Too much of anything can't be too good. I do drink coffee, usually once a day, and no more. I think it's supposed to be good for you're heart? Or something? Oh and it makes your teeth yellow if you drink it very often, especially if you don't brush your teeth after...

I drink coffee 2 or 3 times a week. It's ok to drink but not too prequently just don't drink over 2 cups a day.

Here are some websites about the good and bad effects..
Hope it's what you're looking for.

Coffee can stain your teeth, Never knew it could harm your skin

I drink coffee occasionally, but brush with arm&hammer to help balance out the stain.

i dont know the effects and i dont drink coffee very often, maybe once a month if that, its too freakin expensive

Little coffee: no probz. But if you take more than 300 ml a day for a prolonged eriod and u can get heart problems, increaed nicotin level in your lungs etc. to name a few.

Your hair falls out and your butt hole closes up.

It makes you look old and ugly...just look at me! i drink way to much coffee!
