Can too much of tea be bad for health or skin?

If you drink too much, there is a component of tea that will decrease your body's ability to absorb iron, the caffeine is bad on your central nervous system and can cause irritability/ trouble sleeping, etc.

It depends on the tea. There are natural ways to decaffeinate tea which would take away the caffeine issue, but amounts of caffeine vary widely from black tea to green tea to white tea, etc. We have many customers that have drank tea 3-5 times a day for over 15 years and are in perfect health. If you drink quality teas and water you should experience vibrant health and healthy skin. After you are done drinking tea it can also be used on the skin for a minute or two to aid in healing blemishes.

tea is good but everything done in moderation.

yes it makes your teeth less white and takes away iron from your body and has loads of caffeine.

Twice a day is ok.
More than that leads to so many problems ie., due to caffain contents.

Too much of everything is bad.

Moderation is needed, but tea is good for you.
