Please help me with my health/skin problems?

my scrotum looks different than usual and it hurts when i touch it even when i am running and walking.
the bottom of my penis was dry and started to peel. then later on it started to hurt when touching it. Since then, pimples started growing mostly on my pubic area. Whenever i put lotion(aveeno) it stops the pain. But after a minute i could feel it again. I also tried putting on gold bonds powder for a week and only helps for a few minutes. I never had sexual contact with anyone!! Please HELP ME

you have jock itch if you don't want to go to the doctor which you should try Maximum strength Lotrimin cream it is an antifungal. And if you are a physically active person try using the Gold Bond powder after you are treated before you start runnin or jogging to soak up the perspiration

This could be jock itch or what a woman calls "yeast infection".
