What are some ways to improve skin health?


Home remedies please! I have uneven toned skin(might be rosacea) and I get break outs.

Hydration

One of the main things that lead to an uneven skin tone is dryness. The recommended two liters of water isn鈥檛 random, and isn鈥檛 just something bottled water companies use just to sell their products. Hydrating your skin will help to combat dryness and redness. It can also have an effect on your pores; you may find that, when hydrated, your skin will plump slightly, making enlarged pores less visible.

There is a supplement called Vibe. The manufacturer is Eniva.

The nutrients in Vibe are equivalent to the nutrients in:
-11 tomatoes
-10 cups of green beans
-30 heads of broccoli
-19 wheat slices
-96 blueberries
-Certified organic Aloe Vera gel
-5 cups of green tea
-12 orange slices
-71 cantaloupes
-25 asparagus

So, in other words, this Vibe product has Vitamin A, Folate, Selenium, Zinc, Antioxidants, EGCG Content, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Calcium. :-)
And, of course, with all of these nutrients, it will help your skin!

Use a 1 tbsp. of oats and mixed with 1/2 cup of milk or yogurt. Stir together until smooth. Oats will calm the uneven texture, milk will calm the irritation. Hope this helps =)...also good products to check out are natural based without chemicals if possible.
