What is a good multivitamin and lotion for skin health/elasticity? |
I will be going on a diet soon and want to know of a good multivitamin and lotion to use for healthy skin? With an emphasis on skin elasticity because I will be losing weight and would like to avoid saggy/loose skin. I'm currently using cocoa butter lotion with vitamin E, but I also read that Vitamin A is good too. Is there some kind of lotion I can get with all 3? And what about a multivitamin? organic coconut and emu oil are great. I've tried out every diet known to man but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I know they say that pills don't work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There's a free trial on currently at http://tiparatd.good.one.pl , why not check it out, how worse could it make things? If you want to learn how to lose body fat without drugs, supplements and without having problems with your body and metabolism, then this is going to be the best page you will ever read. Vitamin E is definitely going to help but to keep you feeling good and help your skin glowing you should have vitamin C twice a day |
