What is the most effective combined multivitamen for skin & general health?

Providing you are eating your '5 a day' fruit and veg, added vitamin supplements are of little therapeutic value- they are a complete waste of money to be honest.

If you want good general health, eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, and drink lots of water. You have to keep the system flushed out to do it any good and feeding it is the other. We have gotten into eating so much processed foods that carry a small amount of nutrients compared to what you get out of something fresh. If you get better nutrients on the inside, don't you think that will show up on the outside?
