Is there something wrong health-wise with dry skin?

I don't have any skin condition or disease or anything. I just have the occasional dry skin area. Is there something wrong with that in the long run or I "just don't look nice"?

While it's not unhealthy per say, it does weaken your skin which is your body's first line of defense against disease.

It won't kill you but it's still something you want to take care of.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having dry skin!

Make sure to drink plenty of water and follow a healthy diet.
Moisturise all the time, use a day and night cream.

Hope it clears up for you

well sometimes dry skin can cause breakouts, but mostly it just makes your skin look bad and peel, bot much bad in it cosmetically it looks bad. Its just always good to keep your skin moist and clean.
use lots of lotion :]

theres absolutely nothing wrong. skin dries up in the winter. just get some facial moisturizer. i use saint ives. its works great!
