Is there a relationship between aerobic exercise and skin health? |
I've noticed that when I'm jogging daily, I don't seem to get as many breakouts. Is this a real correlation? Sweating releases sodium and toxins stored in the skin as well as getting rid of excess water retention. I don't know the science behind it, but I definitely think there is a relationship between people who live an active lifestyle and having better skin. |
