I started a healt diet a month ago and i started to see the results of it(beautiful skin, nice health...) but? |
today, at my job the floor supervisor ordered tons of peperoni pizza, my co-workers were very pushy, telling me if i was going to take a slice, so to dont let them thing i'm a "freak" with food i took 5 slices, should i regret it? i'm really worried since i've been eating healthy and i think this is going to debalance my body, is my body able to tolerate it and auto clean it self? How can i fix it, i feel like cleasing my body today. Please help me, i feel intoxicated! OK There is nothing wrong with having a cheat day in your diet. A cheat day is when you have one day a week that you can cheat on your diet. that does not mean to eat crap all day just one meal. 5 slices was a bit much. you will need more self control, next time try not to have more than 2 slices but drink plenty of water on your cheat day. Source(s): Certified Personal Trainer 5 pieces of pizza will not make everything that you've done just go down the drain. Just don't do stuff like that often and it will never cause a problem. It's actually ok to pig out once and a while. And how could they think you were a freak if you only ate 1 or 2? Why did you eat 5?? Take a nice shower and tell yourself you will never be pressured to eat something you dont want to. You obviouslly wanted those pizza's so thats okay because im assuming you havent had pizza throughout your diet..just tell yourself you wont eat pizza again for a while and just exersice it off because 5 peices of pizza cannot equal 3,500 calories(a pound) so you wont gain any weight, you will be fine just follow my advice. Good luck and congratz on the sucsess! This has actually helped you out. Ya pizza is not good for you. And no you should not make this a habit but with your body consuming more calories than you usually do your metabolism will work to burn these extra calories. Now tomorrow when your back on your diet you body will try to burn the extra calories again this time being beneficial toward your diet. Don't worry just take an extra walk tonight and relax your doing really good. |
