How do Sleep Disorders affect our lives? |
How do Sleep Disorders affect our lives? Sleep disorders affect our lives in numerous ways: Not enough energy throughout the day. Cant concentrate during the day. YES it does Without the proper amount of sleep, normally 7 to 8 hours, you can not possibly function properly though out the waking hours of the day. You are not at your best. You want to be the best you can be. tired all day, can't focus, memory problems, headaches, moodiness. If you do not get enough sleep at night average of 8 hours then your body can become very run down you start to feel lethargic and not in the mood to do anything, it can also make u irritable and difficult to get on with, you can also not concentrate properly on given tasks and eventually a lack of sleep can make you very ill as your immune system gets weaker. ALWAYS !!! THE SAME PROBLEM I WAS NOT GOING TO THINK OF THAT Without sleep your body eventually breaks down. You get sick. Your job or school is affected. THEY MAKE YOU CRAZY the British usually ask you in the morning, '' did you sleep well?'' I suffer from terrible insomnia. So im always tires all day long. And when its time to go to sleep at night, once again I CANT. so i don't work as well as i should. im in college and my grades look like ****. |
