Do i have sleeping disorder? |
I get to bed between 3-4am, and i will wake up like at least 11 or 12 noon. I think it might be in your best interest to try to readjust. I attend college, and over xmas break i went to bed at 4 am every night. When i came back to school i had the same problem, only i had to be up at 7am every morning. It took me awhile to get back in sync. |
