Do i have sleeping disorder?

I get to bed between 3-4am, and i will wake up like at least 11 or 12 noon.

It happens to me for the last couple weeks already, i think part of the reason is because of my class, it start in the afternoon.

But i am worry that that i have adjusted my biology clock already. Because the other day i tried to sleep at 1am, but i still just lied of the bed until 3.30am.

My question would be, should i adjust myself back ? Or it is okay for me to stay like that if i manage to make up 8hours in every 24 hours to sleep.

THanks..

I think it might be in your best interest to try to readjust. I attend college, and over xmas break i went to bed at 4 am every night. When i came back to school i had the same problem, only i had to be up at 7am every morning. It took me awhile to get back in sync.

Maybe you dont need to adjust right now, but make sure you plan ahead for when you need to make the change. i.e if you get a job class schedule that is going to make you change.
