How to get better? i got sleeping disorder ( insomnia )? |

Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint... Ohhh, very much so. ...If its asthma, you will need a pulmonary function test to check your lungs. If the PFT lab can do a bronchial challenge, that's even better. Asthma can not be cured but it can be managed.... |
