Who else has ever thought they a sleeping disorder? |
Idk, staying up till 5:22 am tonight... week nights im in the ballpark of 12 am to 3 am and get up at 5:45 am. i function on very little sleep. even in the past 24 hours ive slept 5 maybe 6 hours but i slept some in school and took a nap when i got home. Definitely. i got the same thing and i believe its because i cant stop thinking and its worst if you think about someone i tried to concentrate myself in something like TV and sleep but i couldn't my advice will be do exercise get tired along the day it work for me |

Definitely. All my life I've had trouble going to sleep, staying asleep and getting up. I have nightmares, I sleep walk AND talk. Do you drink alot of Caffiene, Pop, Tea etc? if so Cut down. Do not eat or drink anything except water with in 2 hours of bedtime. Do things that are relaxing before you go to bed? Stress can ca... Never watched any documentaries! hehe ...Yes. If you are sleeping in a base apt or basement bedroom you will find yourself sleeping longer, also check the furnance to make sure its air intake vent is drawing in fresh air & not drawing... Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint... Ohhh, very much so. ... |
