Do I have a sleep disorder??

I am a marathon sleeper, always have been. For example, the other day i went to sleep at 8pm and slept until 2pm the next day. That's 18 hours of sleep. I then drove to my boyfriend's house and hung out with him, a grand total of 3 hours awake, and then fell asleep and took a SEVEN HOUR nap. A total accident. I spontaneously fall asleep all the time. Then after my 7 hour nap I stayed up with my boyfriend for 4 hours, and then went to bed for the night with him. This is absolutely ridiculous- and i do it all the time.

I am constantly tired. always, regardless of how much sleep i get. And if i dont wake up numerous times throughout the night (like every 90 minutes or so) I feel as if i got no sleep at all. almost as if i was tired, blinked, and now (10 hours later) it's time to go to work again. I set alarms and have people wake me like 8 times a night so that i can remember there even being a night. nothing else makes me feel rested.

What on earth is wrong with me?? does anyone know?

Sounds like you have a serious sleep disorder! Suggest you see a Doc before you fall asleep somewhere, or doing something and kill someone. best of Luck

That is not normal at all! I'd go to a sleep doc for sure, but start with your gp to rule out other things.
