Does anyone have a sleeping disorder? |
While I have never been diagnosed, I have had a hard time falling asleep for as long as I can remember. I know going on the computer is a really bad idea, but I just gave up tonight. i do i do and i hate it :[ Yes; sleep apnea. I have sleep apnea. I stop breathing when I'm asleep then partially wake up gasping for air. Yes, that's why I'm on here too! :) well maybe u should see a psychiatrist so u can find out for sure. if u do have a sleeping disorder they can give u a medication to help u sleep. good luck. I do |

i do ...I can suggest two things in addition to medication 1) drink chamomile tea. It has a calming effect, and helps soothe the nerves. 2) do more exercise.
