My husband sleeps ALL the time. Are there any sleep disorders that cause this? He won't go to the doctor.? |
I don't know what to do. He was like this before I met him. Stress can make him weary. If it persist i suggest he first see your md for complete blood workup just to rule out any anemia or mono. If it still interferes with your/his daily routine then you might consider getting a sleep evaluation at a sleep center for a sleep disorder. But from what you describe, fighting with your better half can exhaust him. go to sleepnet.com clickon narcolepsy for further reading. I would suggest you give him a nice warm relaxing glass of warm milk l5 min before bed, and a hot bath.. Also not eating can cause weakness. Unfortunately, there is little you can do unless he is willing to go to the doctor. Yes, there are disorders. He may also be suffering from depression. Maybe his awake life sucks so bad that he would rather sleep to avoid it. Could be mono or sleep apnea. |
