Sleep disorder or what

i have had this problem when i sleep, it's like i can see myself as if i was watching someone else and there's a glowing kind of light thats inside me and all over me and i cant move or scream some times i can move but i can't make a sound and other times i can scream but i cant move. i wake up in my bed and i can still fell the pressure, there was this one time i woke up and i could hear some one saying they were mad at me i quickly moved aginst the wall and started screaming but at first i couldnt move or scream. people have told me it could be sleep paralysis but thats a common symptoms of narcolepsy but i've been checked for that, wanted to know if anybody else gets these and if so what is it

Sounds like sleep paralysis, as other people have told you... Have you seen a doctor about this? If you haven't already, you should definitely contact a physician.

this may be way out, but are you involved in anything you really shouldn't be involved in... eg tarot etc. if so, stop at once. that sort of thing is dangerous. if not, see your doc, could be stress of some kind in your life.

Well, great whacks of that was rather illogical so I don't understand the majority of what you had to say, but I'd suggest you look up "astral projection."
