I ran CC man doctor said once its better I can start going at it again so thats out of the question You have a stress disorder. It's probably temporary. You need to do constructive problem solving. Worry kills the mind and the future. Problem solving is a good skill to develop. It puts your mind on auto pilot. You won't let your mind rest because you are still looking for the solution. You need to ask yourself, " how can I recover?" "how does my body react to sports injuries?" " how much time do I h\need to find the answers?" "how important is the band to me?" "what is the first priority for my future." if you have taken out the distractions that keep you up and have done home remedies like drinking a warm glass of milk to give your body tryptophan (sorry for the spelling), you have already tried over the counter sleep aids (take as prescribed) , then i would have your parents to the a doctor to get a sleep study done to see if you have any abnormalities in your sleep pattern when asleep and maybe why you can't fall asleep. then you can get some prescription snooze. good luck man. do some exercise and try to change your physical clock try gettng prescribed marijuana makes you relax |
