HELP! Do I have a sleep disorder?!?

Okay so my parents were telling me I was sleep walking & arguing with them when they told me to go back to sleep, and I don't remember anything! Also, yesterday night my sister and mom told me i was tossing and turning and yelling 'STOP!" repeatedly, and I don't remember it..

Do I have sleep apnea or something?
By the way, I don't snore.

ok it sounds like for a person as young as you are happen to be stressed out or in a stressful environment, get away and relax try to change that things that stress you out the most, make a list of things that trouble you and try to find a solution to these things once that is resolved you should be able to sleep much better hope this helps and God Bless You!

Yes this is a sleep disorder.

You are nocturnal walking with possible night terrors.

Sleep apnea is where the person temporarily stops breathing many times during sleep, decreasing the O2 sats in their oxygen.

If this is worrying you and/or your family, you can ask your Doctor for a referal to a Sleep Clinic to diagnose and treat this.

i used to do that when i was a kid...its just stress most likely...i did it the most right after my parents split up...dont really do it anymore i guess i grew out of it...my husband says i talk in my sleep sometimes..but nothing like i did when i was a kid...lol

everyone sleeps talk and sleep walks here and there i think it cause you have alot of things on ur mind, if your worried about it see a doctor so they can tell you whats wrong and if you have a sleeping disorder
good luck

Your probably very stressed and have millions of thoughts in your head before you go too sleep. You are over stimulated.

sub consciousness everybody has it occurs when you suddenly wake up from a deep sleep

try a glass of warm milk at should do the trick if not go see your doctor for more help

the same thing happened to me when i was younger, i don't do it anymore. Give it a while
