I think i may have a sleeping disorder?

I have a problem sleeping im 14 and i get about 4 hours a night i don't have a problem waking up but some people tell me its not good for my health i just cant fall asleep i don't know if it has something to do with stress but even if i do fall asleep i end up waking up 2 -3 times during the night, suggestions?

Wish me luck i got 2 tests tomorrow :)

You're probably having too much caffeine during the day. Cut down your intake. Also, don't eat at least 3-4 hours before bed, it can bother you during your sleep.

four hour is very less but don't panic ,i was facing similar problem ,please don't try medicine ,as they are temporary solution I just want to share some thing which i read in a book, lets hope it will help you
1. if can't sleep, GET UP AND WORK OR READ UNTIL YOU DO FEEL SLEEPY.
2.REMEMBER THAT NO ONE WAS EVER KILLED BY LACK OF SLEEP. WORRYING ABOUT INSOMINIA USUALY CAUSE FAR MORE DAMAGE THAN SLEEPPESSNESS.
3.TRY SOME PRAYER OR MEDITATION WITH MUSIC
4.RELAX YOUR BODY
5.EXERCISE.GET YOURSELF SO PHYSICALLY TIRED YOU CAN'T STAY AWAKE.
friend these are some thing i tried and it helped me, best was music therapy for me if you mlike to know some thing more the music please let me know .
see you

Some people just need less sleep. Maybe you should become an ER doctor or a trial lawyer. People are usually in those jobs who don't need a lot of sleep. If you want to sleep longer, try drinking a warm glass of milk before bed (add some vanilla to make it taste better). Also exercising during the day will help you sleep better.

well try taking a sleep aid its a sleepin pill that will make you sleep.
