Do i have a sleep disorder and what/if should i take for it? |
Hi i would like to know if i have insominia or something like that Because i cannot go to sleep at night even if i try badly I wont get to sleep till about a hour and after trying for 10 mins i have to get up because i can't stay doing nothing for a hour if it is worrying you that much i would speak with your doctor who will send you to a sleep clinic to find out what is wrong. Try and listen to music or focus on your breath. Try and stay in bed for as long as possible. |
