Do i have a sleeping disorder or something? |
latly i have been going to bed at 10 o'clock just to wake up at 6:30. well i had to take out my alarm clock bc my doctor said i have ocd but its not that bad but i used to go to bed and wake up 5 minutes later just wondering what time it was. i never got any sleep with my alarm clock but i still cant sleep so if i really want to go to bed at 10 i would i hove to try to sleep at like 8 so what could be causing this and if theres anything i could change than thanks! 8 hours of sleep is what is considered normal. You are getting 8 1/2. Doesn't sound like any kind of disorder. 8 hours is plenty. If you not tired and falling asleep during the day then you are getting enough |
