Do I have a sleeping disorder? If I do, how do I tell my parents? |
Am 11 and in gr.6!!!!I've thought about it before and tried to tell my sister but as a joke, because I'm not good at saying things seriously. I go to bed usually around 11 and fall asleep at around 1:30, it doesn't make a difference when I go to bed earlier. When I go get a chance to sleep in with no distractions to wake me up, I always wake up 12-13 hours late and still feel a little bit tired. And nowadays I fall asleep 30min-1hour after coming home(3:30ish) from school and usually wake up around 6-8p.m. This has been happening(except for sleeping after coming home from school) since maybe around start of gr.5, if they are just bad habits what can i do to fix them?If I do have a sleeping disorder how do I tell my parents? They NEVER take me seriously about my health. Like the lump under my right knee-cap which might be a Osgood schlatters disease. Most of the time I hear a ringing noise in my ear and I can REALLY feel my heart pumping. I guess that you are having a serious sleep disorder. You mind is not calm and this might be the main reason. You need to first trace out whether you are actually having a sleep disorder which is so serious. You need to check out the symptoms. |
