I need to know if my fiance has a sleeping disorder? |
My fiance has been having trouble sleeping for quite some time now. He gets plenty of sleep, he eats very healthy, he exercises... but he is always tired. He wakes up tired, goes through the day tired, comes home tired, goes to bed tired. He can barely keep himself awake some days & some days he can't at all, he'll just crash. He finds it very hard to stay awake and he's been falling asleep during classes. He has some mood swings ever since this has been going on. I'm getting very worried about him & am wondering if you guys have any ideas. I'm thinking about having him go to a doctor... but we don't have insurance so would the hospital be okay? Any information would be helpful along with some links please? Hey i have a sleep disorder like this I would love to help you and him in getting him back on track IM me and I'll tell you more. The first step is to have him see a doctor. This way he'll have some blood tests, etc. There are many conditions that change sleep patterns like diabetes, depression, just to mention a few. Also, stress or changes at work, in schedules, routines, etc. can be other causes. |
