Sleeping Disorders/Patterns?


I want to know what do I have if I sleep late but wake up really early and sleep early and wake up really late. Is there something wrong with that? Because when I sleep late, I wake up really early, and when I sleep early I wake up really late.

Maybe 'cause when you go to sleep early, your body goes into deeper sleep mode, so it stays that way for longer, whereas when you go to bed really late, your subconscious knows that it's just for a short time because you have to get up sooner.
It's not a disorder, just weird sleeping habits haha. I suggest trying to go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time every morning. I go to bed at 11 every night, and get up at 6 on weekdays and 8 or 9 on weekends. It's good to have a stable sleep schedule.
