Is this some sort of sleeping disorder?

Whenever i wake up from sleeping im in a horrable state of confusion unless my alarm wakes me up. Its like without it i dont know whats going on, like ive gotten so used to it. That normal? Like even after ive woken up for a few hours im not totally sure of the date, not sure if i missed school or if yesterday even happened. Its almost like im jumping around through time, its Sunday then its Tuesday, but where was Monday? Did it happen? Was it dreamt? I dunno, its a strange feeling. But eventually i wake up fully, after a shower or something, then it all seems right again. Uh, opinoins please? (Just started quite recently)

You should read into astral projection. A lot of people do it during thier sleeping hours and do not know it. The symptoms youre stating sound like what I've read about astral projection gone wrong. :) Study up on it to see if it is something you are doing and then learn to control it.
You might be over stressed buddy
It would be normal for an hour or so, but probably not a few. I'm not a theropist, but I would suspect that there are more conflicts in your present life than normal. Is something going on causing more stress than usual?
are you taking anything to help fall asleep? sometimes sleep medications can do this sort of thing to you--not being able to fully wake up, or feel confused for awhile. are you getting enough sleep? if you only get 3-4 hours, it can really wack you out, too.
Sounds neurological. I'd get to a doctor right away. Losing time like that isnt normal. You're not setting up to claim insanity for killing someone are you??
do you have a headache when you wake up if you do this could be a sign of sleep apnea also do you feel like you have not slept well same thing if that is the case have someone watch you when you sleep if you are gasping for air or snoring extremely loud this is another sign if you check your finger nails and they are blue looking at the base that is oxygen deprivation if finally you have any of this going on go to a sleep center and let them test you all they do is hook a bunch of wires to you and monitor you while you sleep condition can be treated with meds, bi pap machine and only in the worst case surgery
