I think i have a sleeping disorder? It seems..?



I can't fall asleep until 3:30am to 5am. I always have to watch a movie or tv to fall asleep. The only time i can sleep good is when im drunka$s hell?

You need a good woman in your life. After your biz you can go home to your own bed or kick her out of yours.
Wake up at 7am every day, eat breakfast lunch and dinner, exercise regularly even if just walking, don't take any naps during the day and you will be tired enough to sleep at bed time.

try taking melatonin. it's found in the vitamin section of pharmacies.
You have to have a spouse and shall have some sex on regular basis. Drinking is no solution it will aggravate if not it already had not done.
Take a bath in the evening, have a walk after meal and then drink some cold water before laying down. it may work.

What are your habits before bedtime? Drinking several caffeinated drinks later in the evening can keep you from getting restful sleep. Also, eating a heavy meal before bedtime can keep you awake. Several other factors including the time you wake up in the afternoons, naps (if any) taken during the day, and activities throughout the day can affect your sleeping habits. If cut backs on drinks and naps have been made and you're still not sleeping well you may want to talk to your doctor.
