How bad is it to go on birth control if you've smoked for 3 years? |
Ok, I'm 14, I've been smoking(no joke, sadly) for 3 years, and I'm going on birth control soon. Also, I smoke around a pack (king size) a day, maybe a little more, maybe a little less. Very bad. they say not to smoke while you on birth control because it increase the risks of a stroke heartattack etc. but i been on the pill for about 4 years and i smoked the whole time and i smoke about a pack a day and nothing has happened to me..if you are that concerned the best bet would be to quit smoking.. You need to quit smoking Stroke, and heart attack but then again you are causing more damage smoking so I say go for it !!! |
