If a girl quit smoking and she wants to stay thin, how does she maintain her weight and not gain any weight??

Eat foods with plenty of fiber in them, such as bran, celery, and other green veggies. You will not gain any weight at all unless you are eating more calories than your body needs to function on a daily basis, so just don't eat more than that number and you'll be fine.

Eat right, exercise and drink plenty of water.

Like everyone else:

Sensible diet and excercise.

When was there a connection between smoking and weight? Unless your smoking crystal meth then thats a different matter.

Just focus on a good diet, less carbs.

diet is everything!

my guess is by eating right, and plenty of exercise..
