Yes it is okay to smoke if that is what you want to do. There is also nothing wrong with smoking in the house.

Yes, inside the house is fine. I would suggest a different room the baby is in though.
If you're breastfeeding, make sure you don't smoke 60-90 minutes before feeding time. Other than that, it is fine.

It's been a year, why start again? If you have done without it for a year you can do without it for life! C'mon, your doing so well, stay healthy!

Congratulations on the new baby and also on not smoking for a year (I know how hard that must have been). Please don't start smoking again. It is not healthy for you, and if you are breastfeeding it definitely is unhealthy for your child. Good luck!
