I smoked for the 1st time..?

and I hated it, it happened yesterday. And today, like right now, I want to again.... & I have no clue why, i hated it.

It was reg. ciggs. not weeed..

&why do i want it if i hated it..

Will power! Don't try it again! Smoking cigarettes will KILL you!

This is because cigarettes have nicotine, one of the most addicting types of chemicals. If you want it still after having just one and not liking it, I'd recommend that you don't try it again! You don't want to become addicted. According to the American Heart Association, "Nicotine addiction has historically been one of the hardest addictions to break."

thats what the nicotine commercials are all about. you get addicted as soon as it hits your system. then you end up with the life long problem of trying to quit before being diagnosed with lung cancer, emphasema, etc... talk to a doctor about it or look in your phonebook for a smokers hotline. they can help.

Smoking is very addictive. Some people can try it and never smoke again, and others get that urge right away. I would suggest you not give into the urge because quitting later is so, so hard. I have been trying and I can't find a way to give it up without being totally miserable.

Well that nicoteen got in your system so now your body wants it. even though you hated it,, that drug it powerful and your brain is telling its self that it needs more and more until you become addicted

its the Nicotine in them.Nicotine is addictive.

there is nicotine and nicotine is adictive. you may not want it but your body craves it.

its better for you to forgwet about the ciggarettes, they are disgusting and nasty, they can really damage ur lungs

if your smart, that should be your last time.

PLEASE stop the urge!!!! Its cuz of nicotine... i'll make u do crazy stuff :(
