I seriously needs some tips for not smoking ! I haven't smoked since...?


last night at @10pm. 18 hours, this is the longest I've gone for about 10 years. I really want to stay quit. But I feel the willpower slipping away. I need some ideas for encouragement and what else I can do.
I really want to quit with no patches or gum or whatever and I know I can do it, I just am having a rough patch. Any advice from ex-smokers would be wonderful!

every time i feel like having a cigarette, I chew a piece of mint gum. It gives me the little tingle I get from menthol, and since my cigarette smoking was as much an oral fixation as anything else, this has really helped. It's been almost 28 days!

just keep strong, you will feel amazing and will be able to tell everyone about how long you have held out :)
maybe go and get a glass of water, keep drinking it all the time, to take your mind off it, YOU CAN DO IT :D

Just stay away from coffee and drink a lot of water when you get the urge to smoke.I smoked for a lot of years and just quit one day . 15 years ago.You might try sex also

For every day you go w/o smoking treat yourself to somethin you like EX: icecream,speacial dinner, ect.

Imagine how much more attractive you'll be when you stop smoking
