17yr old girl, birth control, smoking?

i smoke weed and occasionally cigarettes, i can give up cigarettes but do i have to give up weed if i'm on the patch or pill?

Hun don't smoke cigarettes while your on the pill!

It will make the side effects 10 times worse,like i mean really worse.
It can also cause blood clots in your leg,(the doc probably told you that i hope!) and it can mess up your blood pressure and lots of other things.

Weed on the other hand,I REALLY don't think it will do anything.
I mean, theres nothing bad in there haha :)

The weed or the cigarrettes will not affect the functioning of the pill or patch. ALcohol or food can't either..

The only thing that neutralizes pill or patch or hormonal contraceptives is penicillin. It's also dangerous to mix it with other drugs (medicine drugs)

lol you shoudl NOT smoke ciggarettes if your on the pill, may cause blood clots and blbalabla, uts just dangeious, im sure that occasionally smokign weed wont effect you so much.

its your body do whatever u want cuz in in the long run no matter what anyone tells u u will end up doin what u want anyways
