Smoking once in a while on the pill?

i've just started taking birth control pills. it is okay to smoke once in a while? im not a regular smoker, just a few times a month.

It is not recommend to smoke at all while on the pill, especially if you are over 35 because it increases the risk--blood clots, heart attack, etc.

Don't do it, if you listen to the commercials it tells you there are very bad risks of heart attacks, stroke and blood clots, its really better to just hold off on that.
