Instead of smoking?

What are some low calorie type of treats to substitute for smoking...Or has anyone else used another trick? I heard of chewing on Cinimon sticks...

Try to find low calorie fruits and vegetables. Baby carrots, watermelon, celery, and cucumbers are a good place to start. You can also try chewing sugar free gum in between meals. Now is a great time of year to quit because so many different fruits and vegetables are in season. Apples, pears, strawberries, and kiwis are great, too. Keep lots of fresh, ready to eat fruits and veggies in the fridge-every Sunday, I cut up fruits and veggies and put them into the snack sized plastic bags, so I have something ready whenever I get hungry, or something to grab and take with me if I'm on the go. Good luck!
my friend was always fond of Twizzlers when she was quitting :)
chewing or looking for smoking substitute is not a good option. if you want to quit, just quit... no substitute...
Carrots, celery, subsitute anything healthy.
Sorry to say I have tried EVERYTHING including the pills and the gums and none of it has worked
Thats true, many of them substitute with other things which are easy to get rid of..

But i would suggest you to go for a meditation course. This will really make you feel different. The best solution for any problem is to start from the root.
