Need to quit smoking!!!?

Hello all, I need serious help!! I need to quit smoking because I have just found out I am interviewing for a government position, and they require you to be a non smoker, and they will only give me a week to quit!! What is the easiest way to be able to wuit smoking!?

The best way in your case would probably be to ween yourself off cigarettes. My dad quit by delaying his first cigarette of the day by a couple of hours each day. By the end of a week, maybe the withdrawals won't be as bad. And when you start the job there's always Nicorette!!
i have heard that if you take a cigar and put it in a glass of milk for 3 days then let it dry then smoke it,you will never smoke again.
if something happenes,dont blame me
Nicodem patch (can be found at almost phamacies) - or some other brands, will help your body get rid of needing of nicotine in just a couple of days, then you naturally won't feel you need to smoke, BUT, you need your strong self control to give up your daily HABIT of putting a cigarette into you mouth ...
Some strong self-control people don't need even anything to help to quit smoking, they just tell themself they need to do it, and they get it done !
That's what your brain is there for !
