How should I stop smoking? |
I am currently on day 17 of the patch. It is working well for me. But when I went to the store to buy my next box of patches the directions on a different brand said the 1st step was only 4 weeks. The first box I had said six weeks. I don't want to impede my process. Should I go ahead and do 6 weeks or the 4 recommended on the brand I just bought?
