Great that you quit. Now eat right and exercise to lose those few pounds. I will always like a non-smoker over a smoker.
chew gum. Cavities beat cancer!
then u should make urself into sport..... it might help..
Congratulations on quitting smoking!

Smoking has an appetite supression side effect. A lot of people who quit smoking has a tendency to increase their eating. Being aware of this helps and increasing your exercise / activity helps. Some people also has a tendency to "stress eat". Again being aware of this helps identifying why you start eating... prepare healthy snacks next to you can allow you to munch on something during these episodes. Stress management definitely will be a plus for you.
Try drinking a lot of water before and after low calorie correct portion sized meals.
Don't eat as much and exercise more.
Choose a healthier addiction. You chose the easiest, most enjoyable one. Ask yourself what you have to "fix" within yourself that you have to eat without being hungry. Only eat until you no longer feel hunger pangs, not until you're full.
