How do I quit smoking? |
I started smoking because of the "stresses" of everyday life. I found smoking as an outlet. Its almost 5 years now since I first started. I smoke a pack of cigarettes a day. I tried to quit but it becomes futile at the end of the day. I desperately want to stop. HELP! talk to a doctor, there are lots of presription and non prescrition remidies, search the internet. this is a good start, good luck Just Stop. My friend smoked almost all her life. When she decided she was ready to become pregnant, she quit. 5 years after to this day she has not touched a cigarette. Fnd an inspiration and go withit. Good luck. Cold turkey. And it helped me to tell myself this... It's just that 1st puff you can't have. Even a puff and you will be right back to it. YOu have a good attitude about quitting, I think you can do it! try niccoteen chewing gum:) and THANK U SOOOOOOO MUCH FOR TRYING TO QUIT SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! or try just try reg chewing gum,that might work:) there are a lot of different nicoteen chewing gums availabe,also patches .ect. do a google or go to the store and buy some:) thanks!!!good luck and dont give up!!!!!! -- Dying Sorry, but if you don't stop, you are dying everyday. -- I have smoked for 7 years and when i stopped i stopped b/c i was pregnant. And all i did was chew gum it really helps. |
