Whats the best way to stop smoking if your 7months pregnat and everyone frinds and faimly do it around you? Polietly ask all the smokers around you to step outside to smoke because of the heath risks to the baby and tell them you're attempting to quit too. Seriously, the risks in smoking alone are SO bad- and then being pregnant?? That kid is baking in smoke and has nicotine running thru it's veins. It will have a more likely risk of being a preemie with major health problems or SIDS. Try to keep these issues in mind when trying to quit, and KEEP reminding yourself. It takes around 11 days for the nicotine to leave your body, and around 2-3 months to not feel the need to smoke. BUT TRY, FOR YOUR BABY's SAKE!!
