What should i do to quit from smoking... please answer me..?

there's the patch and the gum- they put nicotine in your body so you stop craving, but every day the amount of nicotine in them decreases so your body will slowly stop craving it!!! it's great. good luck and good for you for choosing to make a good decision and stop smoking!!!!!!
Hello. You could try this Positive Affirmation Technique.
Say these words 7 times to yourself:
"I Love myself, I Respect myself, I do not harm mySELF by smoking". Then go for a cigarette. Go thru this process, but work up to saying the above words at least 20 times. The more you say it, it gets repeated into your subconscious and then when you go to have a smoke, consciously you will not feel like doing it, and you will begin to feel better in other aspects of life too. I hope this helps, and good luck. Try Reiki too.
Many years of working as a Healer and helping people quit smoking.

You REALLY want to know how to quit smoking?! Yeah, right. Well, since you did ask, and since I am doing this Yahoo Answer thing, I'll tell you how I did it. I just stopped doing it! I stopped doing what it was I wanted to stop doing. I didn't have all these excuses about why smoking was so overpowering, and nicotine so addicting and all that stuff. I had one want, to stop smoking, and I just quit doing it. And I was, and still am, in perfectly good health. I was in college at the time, and being cool with all the other guys and gals, and cramming in late-night studies and fun, and I just decided, after all the hoopla about how bad smoking is for you, I just decided to quit! And I quit . . .36 years ago!! And the remedy is just as simple now as it was then. No matter how much you want to start smoking again or just have one more smoke, you decide . . . smoke or not smoke, and you make your decision and accept the consequences or blessings. I tell my son the same thing now, and he's got all the same excuses every other smoker, including me, has had since time immemorial . . . and it all comes down to the same thing: do you really want to quit or are you just whining and making up excuses why you can't. My son's currently in Iraq for his second tour of duty, and he's decided to quit, and doing quite well. Not perfect, but he's getting there, right in the middle of gunfire all around him. Now HE'S got an excuse to keep smoking till a later date, and I'll still be as hard as nails on him about it when he comes home and if he's still smoking. But that's his choice, and his life, and if he wants to quit, he'll quit, and I know it. God Bless you and good luck . . . nah, luck ain't got nothing to do with it!!
Clinical studies of successful nicotine quitting have shown that a combination of nicotine replacement (sprays, patches or gums), as well as buproprion (oral medication used to curb the urge to smoke) is the most successful strategy.
Be aware that nicotine is HIGHLY addictive, and that occassional 'slips' should not discourage you from the overall process (most people will have a few 'relapses' before finally quitting). Best of luck - you are making one of the best health decisions you ever will.
