Being pregnant is stressful enough, how can i quite smoking?

im 5 months now and i can't seem to quite! how bad is it?!

I saw a TV show that showed the baby turning blue after each puff of her mother's cigarette.
If that isn't enough to help you stop, babies of smokers are usually underweight, too.
Well it's not good for your baby AT ALL. so just think of your baby everytime u wanna smoke
HORRIBLE! Find some other way to deal with your stress. Think about what the effects your placing on your baby. Think about the baby and not yourself, you have to quick now in order to prevent further damage. Shame on you.
i smoked during all 4 my pregnancies and have 4 healthy..non-smoking sons aged 24,22,20 and 17...my mom also smoked while pregnant with all 5 her kids..we are all healthy?
Its easy if you dont want ur baby to come out w/ defects or lung problems. Think about the baby first!!!!
you will stop if you want your child. plain and simple is that.
try picturing blowing sdmoke directly in your newborn baby's face when he is born, because smoking while pregant is no different then doing that, if i not worse. DO IT FVOR YOUR CHILD, SACRIFICE 4 MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!
