stop smoking
Have your mom beat you with a skillet every time you light a cigarrette!(maybe I should try that!)
There is a new laser treatment where they put a special laser behind your ear for a few minutes. It is supposed to work great.
Commit lozenges work pretty well. I swear by them.
how about you buy candy cigarretes instead, or your mom should put some electric ones in your pocket so when you light them you get an electric shock, ooo good plan...
Take a look at the sick people that got sick from smoking. Maybe find a website that will show you pictures of people with cancer or whatever else it can cause.

You need to scare yourself into quitting. That works for some people. You don't want to wind up like them.
I used the patch. It works. Throw out all of your ash trays, lighters and ANYTHING that has to do with smoking. Surround yourself with all non smokers. Start drinking lots of water. Clean your entire house and burn scented candles and febreze. After a few days cigarette smoke will start to smell bad. Thats the first step.
