Is it possible to get an infected nose hair from smoking?

Is it possible to get an infected nose hair from smoking?

I haven't heard of smoking causing infected nose hairs -- unless you poked a dirty cigarette up your nose! (Not likely.) More likely such an infection would come from picking your nose or from rubbing it with something that caused an infection, such as a dirty hand or cloth.
no, but smoking causes lots of other nasty things so if you can, try to quit.
