If I think im pregnant is folic acid enough to be taking of should I be taking more? Is smoking really bad.?

Think im 4 weeks

If you think you are pregnant you really need to go to the doctor. Folic acid is very important to take BEFORE you are pregnant as it helps the fetus to grow properly, if folic acid is not present in the correct amount then the baby can have neural tube defects, such as spina bifida. If you are still a young woman it is even more vital to get medical attention because you are still growing as well, and the baby will take vital nutrients from your growing body, and both of you will be lacking the proper nutrients. Please see a doctor, or go to a family planning facility near you for help and to find out if you are in deed pregnant. Smoking of course is terrible for you and your child, the baby does not have a voice to say stop making me inhale this rat poison and fermaldyhyde! So please, if you are a good person and care about your baby at all you will not smoke any more, this as well can cause harm to your unborn child.
