Does it really make a differece what part of your cycle you are on when u quit smoking? |
Whats the difference beteween the follicular phase and the luteal phase? It certaintly can. If you're PMS-ing you are already going to be cranky and emotional, and quitting smoking is difficult enough without that added stress. you should try to quit the first two weeks of your cycle. the follicular phase is basically when you are on your period. the luteal phase is just before the follicular phase and your uterine lining finishes thickening. it's a little more complex than that. there are also differences in hormone levels, but that's a simple explanation. it won't make a difference unless you are taking a hormone pill. You should never smoke and take the pill - it increases heart issues. cycle crap...its all a bunch of crap-either u quit smoking and chew gum or u keep on smoking and take vitamins to stay healthy. Nope, because is half the battle, the true battle starts when the craving starts and you try not to give in. Good luck on the first step. |
