You are probably getting a nicotine buzz.... Why are you smoking when you are pregnant. Getting dizzy should be the least of your problems if you a subjecting your baby to cigarrettes. Feeding your smoking addiction over the health of your baby, even possible baby if you don't know if you are pregnant or not , is incredibly selfish and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Let me tell you the more you smoke the harder it is to quit. There is nothing cool about smoking, and nothing healthy. quit before it gets to difficult to do so. I sure hope you are stong enough to do that.
