Who smoke cigarettes? |
I need to stop, I try about 6 times Not me. Not anymore anyway. I stopped my 2 pack a day habit years ago. You can stop to. You just have to make up your own mind that you want to stop. DO IT! You won't regret it. Try seven, eight, nine or however many times it takes to stop. It is worth it for the extra health and taste and money you will have. John PS Another thing to think about when quitting is the positive affect you will have on your friends and children/future children. Not just the absence of secondhand smoke but studies have shown that for people who smoke the number one thing that influenced them was that their friends smoked. The number two thing was that their parents smoked. First, you have to want to stop. Needing to stop isn't enough. 'nuff said? I continue to smoke despite the dirty looks I get everytime I light up I know it is wrong but... I just haven't found the will power to kick it yet. If you really wanna stop then stop! It is easy, I smoked for a long while and I stopped on my own. I hated the smell on me and my breath and that made me stop forever. Smoking sucks! YUCK! I smoke cigarettes and still am trying to stop for good. The only time I was able to stop was when I was pregnant. I flirt with smoking way too much. I like Bali Shag ... it's rolling tobacco. Well. I quit, again, this time for 8 days. The trick is not lighting that first one. The first couple of days are pretty easy for me ... then it's starts to become tougher and I have to remind myself why I quit. The uncomfortable feeling and small pains in my chest. Things get easier after abut ten days. |
