I smoke ciggies and yet sometimes after a ciggy i get headspins. Why does that happen?

Your body's not so subtle way of asking you to stop inhaling a coctail of deadly chemicals and stop killing it. I promise you it will get worse unless you quit

That is because not sufficient oxygen is sent to brain. This is the beginning of damaging the brain.

I wish I didn't smoke cigarette's !! :( It is bad for me and you, killing our self's slowly, the tar and the nicotine, the damage we are doing to our body's !! I am proud to say that I have been on the nicotine pack for over a week and it has helped me like you would not believe !! I have smoked for over 20 years. Please do not do what I have done !!! Lay them down now !! Please !!!

Depends on really how long you've been smoking.
If you just started, then that's "normal" in the smoking world.
But if smoking something so stupid and actually putting up with feeling that way is what floats your boat.. then well, it's your body, your choice.
Warning signals. Do not ignore. I am not joking. I use to drink a lot, then I started receiving Warning signals, but I ignored it. Later signals become very strong, so I stopped drinking. I was herd even heart attacks send warning signals. If ignored it do its duty. Take care, good luck.
