Why dont women smoke cigars?

Many, many women do.

You will find, however, they tend to stick to those of a slim and short roll compared to those most commonly associated with a gentlemanly consumption that are much bigger in girth and length.

It's mainly down to looking womanly and ladylike. Having a big, smelly cigar in ones mouth is not, if one is a lady - at all ladylike.

I know some who have....I personally think smoking ANYTHING is disgusting. You're slowly killing yourself and others.
They do. Go to a Casino Cigar Room. The place is packed with women.
Some women smoke cigars but most don't because you have to get those specially. You can't just go to the gas station and get a good brand of cigars plus cigarettes look better than a big chunky cigar and you have to do more to them (cut the tip check for quality) whereas with cigarettes just lite it and smoke. Personally I think smoking is horrible.
Who says they don't? My old lady does it. Monica Lewinsky did it, but in a different way...
